The KNGDM Recruiting Process
Personal & Academic Evaluation
Our staff will conduct a thorough assessment of your personal life. Your reputation at your school is as important as your online social media presence. You are who you’re perceived to be and we will be honest in our evaluation as we aim to find the best version of you. We will evaluate you not only as a athlete and as a person, but we will conduct an academic evaluation that will be paramount in your placement for the next level. Academic transcripts, standardized test scores, high school graduation requirements and college admissions requirements will be assessed to highlight strengths and combat any weaknesses to help throughout the process.
Film Evaluation
Our staff will rate, evaluate and critique your film. We have years of experience as an evaluator of high school, college and professional prospects will give guidance to how to market yourself. There is an art to creating a highlight video that can move prospects up college recruiting rankings. Each weekly highlight will need to be created by the client and added to a season long highlight that can be sent periodically to institutional personnel. Additionally our staff will get your film and highlights in front of the decision makers in college programs. If you have good film they will find you!
Skills Evaluation
A combine style/skills evaluation will be led by our staff to determine the best practices in recruitment and institutional placement. Our qualified KNGDM coaching staff will assess your athletic ability, measurements, growth potential and positional placement to determine the appropriate recruitment targets. We will take data from the skills evaluation and compare with applicable rosters and needs from each institution to determine the correct level to focus on throughout our search for the right school, environment & team.
We will offer our clients an honest evaluation that will be guide our staff, clients, and families to find the right institution to target.
