PROVEN DATA.

SCIENCE BASED.

RESULT DRIVEN.

"With over 30 years in Athlete Performance + experience with Professional athletes of all sports, our team has developed proven, result driven programs for the Youth to the College athlete."

High Performance Pillars

We take ownership of designing our programs based on proven, scientific data that trains our athletes to be fast + powerful but efficient and effective movers.  Here is our "Performance Pillars" that sets up apart from everyone else.

SPEED

Acceleration. Max Velocity. Change of Direction. Agility.

Our team focuses on teaching the proper mechanics, technique, and game application of every part of "Speed" training.

3D MOVEMENT

Movement in all planes of motion: Sagittal, Frontal, Transverse.

The more effiecient you can move, the more effective you are on the field or court.

How well can you move in all different directions without getting hurt?

POWER

Speed and strength combine to create power—fueling explosive movement in both the upper and lower body, as well as generating rotational force.

STRENGTH

Sport specific strength training to inhibit performance and decrease injury risks based on the athlete's age.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

Mobility, stability, and flexibility to help athletes express speed, power, and strength effectively.

What Makes KNGDM Different?

We are the only facility collects and tracks specific data for speed, power, and strength.

Speed: VALD Timing Gates

Power: Keiser Machines and Hawkin Dynamics Force Plates

Strength: Output Velocity Based Training Devices

What does this mean for you?

Your data is protected and is part of our programming process with each coach.

By tracking trends and outcomes this helps us specialize the program and additional needs for you.

Our programming is a collaborative effort between all coaches and therapists at KNGDM, with a combined experience of 50+ years in high level sports performance.

It is always evolving and adapting to the demands of our athletes, space, equipment, time of year, and goals of the season.

Relationships with our athletes is one of the most special and unique parts of KNGDM.

We are a faith-based team that embodies personal development through spiritual enrichment. By building strong relationships with our athletes we can help mentor them through everyday lift, preparing them to be strong leaders, fathers, athletes, businessmen, or whomever they strive to be.
