High Performance Pillars
We take ownership of designing our programs based on proven, scientific data that trains our athletes to be fast + powerful but efficient and effective movers. Here is what we call our "Performance Pillars" that we believe sets up apart from everyone else.

SPEED
Acceleration. Max Velocity. Change of Direction. Agility.
Our team focuses on teaching the proper mechanics, technique, and game application of every part of "Speed" training.
3D MOVEMENT
Movement in all planes of motion: Sagittal, Frontal, Transverse.
The more effiecient you can move, the more effective you are on the field or court.
(Think moving in all directions of the slices of a pizza.)

POWER
Speed + Strength = Power for lower/upper body explosiveness and rotational power.
STRENGTH
Sport specific strength training to inhibit performance and decrease injury risks based on the athlete's age.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
Mobility, stability, and flexibility based on the athlete's position in their sport

FAQs
What sports are the Athlete Performance programs for?
Every sport! Our Athlete Performance sessions are offered for all sports, all ages, all year long.
How long are the sessions?
Youth sessions are 60 minutes long.
Middle and High School sessions are 90 minutes long.
How often should my athlete train?
We recommend training a minimum of 2-3x per week during your off-season and no less than 1x per week during season. We offer multiple memberships to suffice whichever season you are in!
