We measure before we touch a barbell. The instruments below run our assessments, our taper, and our day-to-day decisions — so the program gets written for the athlete in front of us, not a calendar.
Force plates
Jump and landing baselines, asymmetry detection, neuromuscular fatigue tracking. The truth about how an athlete is producing force, every visit.
Timing gates
Verified sprint splits, change-of-direction times, reaction-start data. Every rep timestamped to the millisecond.
Velocity-based training
Real-time bar speed on every working set. Auto-regulated load — strength built on what the body can do today, not last cycle.
Pneumatic strength & power
Variable resistance with no eccentric load on the joints. Power output tracked watt-by-watt, rep-by-rep, ideal for in-season athletes.
Body composition
Lean mass, fat mass, segmental balance. Trends drive the program; single snapshots never do.
Tracking & comparison
A single normalized number for speed, force, and power across the room. Apples to apples — across athletes, sports, and seasons.
Athlete management hub
The room's central nervous system. Every test, every program, every readiness check on one timeline you and your athlete can both see.
And more
Sled-runners, wearable HR variability, GPS positionals, and session-by-session video. New instruments added when the data changes a decision.

FAQ · 08
Athletes from 8 through college, professional athletes, and the EA Klub adult morning track led by Liz Headley and Donnell Goss. Programming is scaled to training age, not just calendar age — we don't load a 9-year-old like a high schooler, and we don't coach a 17-year-old like a kid.
Membership classes are capped at 12–15 athletes. Team sessions are capped based on agreements with the head coach of the program.
333 Inverness Drive South, Englewood, CO 80112. Sessions held at our facility and on-site for team programs.
Group training memberships work out to $20–$50 per session depending on your tier — we reward consistency, because we know that's how results are achieved. Private training runs $200 down to $125 per session as packages grow. Physical therapy depends on what you're looking for and the size of the package you purchase. Full pricing on each program page.
Yes. Director of Recruiting Warren Jackson — Colorado State and Super Bowl champion with the LA Rams — leads the recruiting practice. Honest ceiling assessment, targeted school list, film and outreach strategy, and a cycle-by-cycle calendar.
