Maddie Morgan

D1 Volleyball Middle Blocker at UTEP · B.S. Kinesiology / Exercise Science

Maddie Morgan brings a high-performance mindset and over a decade of elite playing and coaching experience to KNGDM. She grew up in the Bay Area, started playing volleyball at 13, and went on to compete for four years as a Division I Middle Blocker at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).

Maddie holds a degree in Kinesiology / Exercise Science and understands how to develop athletes through intentional, structured training. With both parents as personal trainers, she grew up around what it takes to build not just physical strength, but mental toughness, discipline, and consistency.

Her philosophy is simple: average effort produces average results. She believes real growth happens outside of practice — through disciplined work that builds speed, power, confidence, and resilience. At KNGDM, she leads volleyball performance training for athletes who are serious about separating themselves from the norm.

Maddie coaches with intensity and clear expectations. She demands focus, accountability, and effort every session, pushing athletes beyond their comfort zone to reach their full potential. Her training develops athletes physically and mentally so they can perform with confidence and consistency when it matters most.

To her, this isn't just training — it's a standard. Maddie is committed to building athletes who are stronger, more disciplined, and prepared for the next level.

The parent & athlete guide

How recruiting actually works.

No mystery, no runaround. From the first evaluation to signing day, this is the process every KNGDM recruiting family goes through.

  1. 01

    Evaluate

Full combine testing and a documented baseline athletic profile. A review of GPA, transcripts, and NCAA eligibility. A film and skills breakdown that ends in an honest, division-level projection — not an inflated one.

  2. 02

    Strategize

An in-person strategy meeting with the athlete, parents, and the KNGDM recruiting team. Together we align on goals, build the target-school list, and map the process for the cycle ahead.

  3. 03

    Work the process

Weekly written updates. Bi-weekly live calls. Ongoing outreach to college coaches with every inbound logged. Camps identified and prepped, visits scheduled and debriefed, film reviewed and cut throughout the season.

  4. 04

    Decide

A formal end-of-season evaluation: the progress made, where the recruiting profile stands, and the plan for the next cycle — all the way through signing day.

Straight answers

What we promise — and what we never will.

Recruiting services that promise offers are selling something that isn't theirs to sell. In accordance with NCAA bylaws, we keep it honest.

We will never

  • Guarantee or promise scholarship offers, full or partial
  • Market athletes for a fee based on athletic ability
  • Act as an agent, or tie our services to offers or financial aid

We always guarantee

  • Honest and clear communication
  • A realistic evaluation based on film, performance, and academics
  • A collaborative effort to find the right fit — athletically, academically, and personally

There is a place for everyone. Our job is to find it together.

Your part

Recruiting is a partnership.

We run the process — but the athletes who sign are the ones whose families stay engaged. Here's what we ask of you.

  • Keep academics current — transcripts, test scores, NCAA Eligibility Center status
  • Show up to evaluations, consultations, and live check-ins
  • Tell us about every coach contact — calls, emails, DMs, visits, and offers
  • Flag new film, schedule changes, and any shift in goals or target schools
  • Keep your contact email and phone current so nothing time-sensitive is missed
